Key Aims
The aim of this course is to refresh delegates knowledge of Authorised Person (AP) duties. Including identification of electrical hazards, earthing of different OLE equipment types, use of resistive and capacitive live line testers, RoLE and test before touch (TBT)
Pre-requisites & Requirements
Minimum age 18 | Hold PTS Competence for 12months | Meet the D&A requirements of NR/L1/OHS/0124 Medical Fitness level 1-4 | Meet the D&A requirements of NR/L1/OHS/051 | Evidence of12months relevant work experience in OLE maintenance or construction or completed a company development programme which has been reviewed & written acceptance by the Network Technical Head of Contract Systems | must hold Emergency First Aid certificate | must have 4 log book entries
