Key Aims
The aim of this course is to provide delegates with the skills and underpinning knowledge required to undertake basic OLE construction duties. Including; Understanding the functions of the main component parts of the OLE system. The safe use of associated tools and equipment. Understanding of renewal, installation and enhancement documentation.
Pre-requisites & Requirements
There are no pre-requisites for attending this course however before undertaking the assessment for OLEC 2 a person must have been certified competent in OLEC 1: Access OLE Construction Sites, and would normally have completed Working at Height, Emergency First Aid and Safe Manual Handling courses. In any event: these courses will need to be successfully completed before working on an OLE construction site.
